Terms and Conditions of Booking 
The Terms and Conditions set out below outline the usage policy governing the Enchanted Gardens at Lafcadio Japanese Gardens Tramore. By agreeing to purchase tickets all visitors agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions. 

• All tickets must be booked and paid for in advance.
• Tickets can be booked on-line by debit or credit card and once a transaction is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your purchase and ticket information. This email accounts for you ticket so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly as to avoid the non – receipt of your ticket.
• Please note that this is a live booking system and ticket availability will decrease according as they are booked.
• Please ensure to be at the Enchanted Gardens for your allocated timeslot. Please allow extra time during bad weather and peak traffic times. If you're arrive late for your Walkthrough, we regret to say, that we cannot allow you to partake in the Walkthrough and no refund will be issued.
• Please ensure to bring the ticket for your Walkthrough either printed or displaying on a smartphone.
• All Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times throughout the experience.
• Enchanted Gardens is a family experience and operates a very strict no-smoking and no-alcohol policy.  The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals, or remove those who are currently on the Walkthrough if they are found to be acting inappropriately and making other customers feel uncomfortable.
• The Management may carry out professional photography and videography recordings on some of the Walkthrough for future promotional purposes.
• Lafcadio Japanese Gardens reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Walkthrough without notice for any reason. In the unlikely event of this happening, you will be offered the option of a refund or re-book for another event date. We will hold no further, or other, liability whatsoever for the cancellation or postponement of a Walkthrough including, but not limiting to travel costs, scheduled time off from employment, emotional distress, disappointment etc.
• Visitors must stay on the paths at all times and adhere to the one way system and Covid Guidelines. 
• Your time in the garden is limited to 1 hour.
• Ticket holders are responsible for their health and safety while walking through the gardens.  You must wear comfortable flat shoes for walking, bring a torch to help light your way and touching of lights or light features is not permitted during your visit.
